The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the supply chain, as well as the careers of women – but it’s not all negative. In fact, recent research showed leadership pipelines strengthened over the past year, improving diversity and inclusion across the board. More than ever before, supply chain organizations are prioritizing attracting, developing, retaining, and advancing women.

 

Both the supply chain and women have proven to be resilient in the face of one of the biggest modern-day challenges. To celebrate the inspiring women in our industry, we invite you to join us for an afternoon to discuss lessons learned, shared experiences, career advice, and much more.

 

The event will feature a fireside chat with Michelle Livingstone, former VP of Transportation at The Home Depot, and Marissa Campise, Founder of Rucker Park Capital. The session will be followed by a transportation panel of esteemed female industry leaders who will provide their insights on how to turn industry disruptions into opportunities for growth.
